What is the Best Diet to follow? Have you ever asked yourself that or had other people ask that? Personally I don't believe in dieting per se. My response would be “The best diet to follow is to follow NO diet at all.”

What I'm saying here is please don't start a crash diet of cottage cheese and grapefruit when you absolutely hate those foods. Healthy food choices won't have to be similar to bird seed. Why don't you consider scrambled whole eggs in butter along with your favorite veggies and two slices of sprouted grain toast? French toast made from healthy bread, and eggs? A juicy burger or steak for lunch or dinner? Why not consider creating your own pizza from healthy ingredients? I really could go on and on with a long list of delicious foods. The idea is you don't have to eat like a bird or eat bland meals to become healthy and lose weight. Chose the healthy food you love and get creative with those. You will discover you'll have a wonderful quantity of tasty food options.
2. Do not go cold turkey.
Rome wasn’t built in a day right? There is no need to change every one of your habits over night. Start with one healthy eating habit weekly or eliminate one “not so good” food every week. This can end up being life changing in just 1-2 months. Not to mention it is going to remove any stress or anxiety you might have over changing all your habits overnight.
